Netgear GS748T VLAN Tagged Port Button Greyed Out

Hello,

I am trying to configure my GS748T with a VLAN but the 'Tagged' and 'Un-Tagged' buttons are greyed out - why can I not configure these do you think?

Have you got your system configured for port-based VLAN?

You will need to select IEEE 802.1Q as the VLAN type rather than port-based as the port based setting tags every packet by default based on the port number alone.
