We have an issue with the boss' laptop...
This morning, since turning it on, the boss' keyboard is stuck at the password prompt and only the numbers on the keyboard appear to be working...
None of the letters make the password dots appear and we have tried tapping CTR and Alt keys to check that they are not stuck down.
SHIFT + numbers do not work either and CTRL + letters do not work????
Tried the function key also but still no joy.
Any ideas?
