RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

When accessing an iDRAC on a Dell R630 we are getting in fine at first, but then we receive a message saying:

RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!

Is this an IP conflict with something else??

we think it was getting the same IP as a Canon printer for some reason, perhaps it had been set as static and the Juniper router did not know.
