Hello we have two DrayTek 3900 routers that we attempted to update to 1.511 firmware
We used the inbuilt firmware upgrade software that the router holds and after an hour neither had come back or responded so we had to remove both and use a 2960 in the meantime.
Can we reset these routers completely as one is brand new???
Why is this update that we were told is mandatory killed both of our routers???
We cannot move to another and need our routers replaced asap!!!
