Well it certainly took its time to arrive but the new design of Statcounter does work nicely on the iPad with the selection of domain/site at the stop allowing for quicker navigation of multiple site stats.
The system also seems to respond faster now with the new site. There is less time spent waiting for pages to update (although at first the new site was definitely slower.)
The major truth concerning stats is with the search engines. Once they started using SSL and preventing the stats for keywords being public, the value of something like statcounter (which never seems to tie up with webmaster tools on any of the records) has been massively reduced. The Google webmaster tools is now the only way to check for your rankings on keywords and it never feels terribly reliable.
