GoDaddy is a great auctioning system and sells good domains well. There is a 5% fee with a minimum of $5 but the exposure is excellent although obviously mostly to domain brokers as no one else is awaiting domains to suddenly appear as an end user. You do have to wait one month to get your money after the buyer sends the funds though.
eBay is a trickier system as the prices tend to be lower than on proper domain auctions. You can post a pretty good domain here and receive no interest unless it is way under priced. If you do have the nerve to go low and manage to start a bidding war you can do OK but its a risky business.

All listings that are successfully sold will result in a 10% success fee on completion of the sale.
Sedo.com is a massive exposure but unless you have a very good domain it is unlikely to receive much attention.
Sedo charges $50 min fees or 10% unless you have parked your domain there, then there wont be any min fees
Afternic.com & Afternic Bazaar are very similar to Sedo but not as popular. High profile domains often fetch high prices here but the exposure is not as high. The charges are a $60 minimum fee or 10% unless you have your domain parked there when there wont be any minimum.
