I know it is not a sircles product and that it is not refurbished but I rather hoped someone would take pity on my current crisis!
My Wiley Fox Spark phone which I purchased of eBay only a week ago has reset itself whilst in my pocket.
It has deleted all of the settings and data and it is not a different user but an actual complete phone reset. I have some settings I can retrieve from my Google login but why has this suddenly happened.
I did insert a data card for more RAM but even removing this SD card and resetting has made no difference. Is there anything I can do to return to my old settings or anyway I can ensure that this doesn't happen again?
