The Virgin Superhub does have a bridge mode.
You can start it by going into advanced settings and selecting bridge/modem mode and then your DrayTek Vigor will get the external IP to it's own WAN2 and the issue will be resolved.
The 2860 is a great router though and a very reliable option if you look here: http://store.sircles.net/draytek-vigor-2860 you can see all of the features and pick one up. We use sircles for our IT support and we have a 2860 we purchased from them.
