We have a DrayTek 2860n acting as a VPN dial in to a 2830 that shows up as a live VPN but seems to stop passing the traffic. The connection is using a AES-256 with PFS connection and is from a dynamic address because it has a 4G backup.
The VPN shows as live but the users at the far end stop being able to use the HQ network behind the 2830 even though the connection shows as live.
If you drop the connection it picks it back up and resumes passing traffic.
This is really annoying as it means the VPN is effectively falling over all the time.
