DrayTek Vigor 3900 Enterprise Wake on LAN WoL

DrayTek Vigor 3900 Enterprise Wake on LAN WoL does not allow MAC address to be populated.

You cannot enter more than 2 characters of the MAC address for the Wake on LAN feature and so you cannot use the WoL feature for a Windows DHCP server set-up as you can do with the 2860 or 2862 variants...?

Apparently you can only use the system if you are using bind mac to IP or it just doesn't work. You can only enter MAC addresses that are in the list???
